Financially Fierce

reconstruct your nervous system's relationship with money to increase capacity to hold, spend and receive.

As much as we’d all like to pretend our connection to money is as noble, easy and abundant as that girl you follow on IG…
Money can be really complicated.

It represents our most primal survival needs and therefore becomes inherently activating to the nervous system.

Mindset work isn’t enough – nor is education.

And it certainly isn’t just about willpower and the correct budgeting app.

Your relationship to your money (or lack thereof) is mapped throughout your nervous system, attachment style and most subconscious beliefs.

Only an untangling and reconfiguration of your complex relationship with money (through nervous system subconscious work, and with respect to your trauma around money), can you increase your capacity to receive, circulate and save money with confidence.

If you’re ready to say bye-bye to awkward conversations (and even fights) about your savings account and holding your breath as you swipe your credit card, keep reading. There’s a solution (that will work) waiting for you.

You are in the right place if you oscillate between these scenarios…

And no matter how much education or advice you seek out from others who seem to be managing their money well, you still feel like you’re at odds with your relationship to money, somewhere in between avoiding, overspending, or completely anxious about the thought of money.

Here’s the beautifully brutal and honest truth.

Without changing the relationship to the money you can be handed a million dollars today and lose it all tomorrow.

You can manifest all day and perfectly manage your money but never see your savings account grow.

You can have money flowing in but feel the tension in your jaw and a pit in your chest every time you need to pay your bills and, as a result, avoid treating yourself and feeling PLEASURE with money.

Your relationship with money marks your relationships with pleasure, security and safety. It’s your foundational way of experiencing life.

So, wouldn’t you agree it’s time to upgrade, untangle and reclaim the Financially Fierce woman that lies inside?

  • How would it feel to get EXCITED about your money dates – without ditching your daily lattes or ending the day with a headache?
  • Wouldn’t it feel good to feel so supported by the universe that you can share your gifts, art, voice and services – without having to worry if it “makes sense financially”?
  • Aren’t you tired of fighting about money again and feeling crappy when your overspend or can’t afford something?

Expect to apply the Financially Fierce principles and experience scenarios like this:

Your relationship with money is changed, forever. You deciding how you spend, save and invest your money with confidence radiaates through your chest in the form of tingles, and glimmers with warm sensations in your belly.

Your proud. Abundant. And your impact and change on the world is expanding because you are financially fierce!

Your Host

I was laying on my yellow duvet cover, anxiety in my chest and thoughts running wild in my head.

Why did it feel like money was about to abandon me (like my dad)?

I opened my banks app and saw my savings account snug with the ‘correct’ amount of zeros.

I knew I had rent paid, basic needs met and all was well…

So why the f*ck was I still as anxious about money as when I was a broke hippie backpacking through South America sleeping on bunk beds in questionable dormrooms…

No matter what the numbers did and how much I achieved… the anxiety stayed the same.

Much like my clients – who mirrored their anxious/avoidant attachment styles in their relationship with money.

I’d listen as they’d tell me how it would just “slip through their fingers, with no idea how they spent so much”

Or “Oh I NEVER look at my bank balance!”
I saw the pattern time and time again.

So, fixated back on myself and my path…

I figured that because I had gone from such a disorganised attachment to ever every man that had entered my life up until now, to a secure, safe and loving relationship and full-time job as as CEO and coach.. I was sure I could heal this anxious/avoidant money dance I was in.

This couldn’t be ‘fixed’ by another book about abundance, or a perfectly formatted spreadsheet…

My deep seated , push-pull relationships with money of love, hate and even disgust lay deeper.
In my bones.
In my breath.
In my tissue.
In my nervous system.

So I twisted and untangle, dismantled and reconstructed…

Until one day, as I paid my favourite women-led businesses and purchased the perfect sourdough bread from the local bakery, I realised it had been many, many months since my last freak out about money.

Money was not only neutral, innocent and fun to receive and share but I was so surprised to see my bank accounts growing that I had to recount the numbers.

That’s when I realized that not only does this approach work – it doesn’t require feeling deprived, or buying into “make money while you sleep” schemes or even learning about the stock market and all that boring stuff.

It’s about creating the safe, secure and fun relationship with money that is your birthright.

Now, the time has come to share this wisdom.

It’s your turn to receive.

You’ll walk away from this masterclass with

  • Clarity on how your attachment style and nervous system are secretly running the show in your relationship to moneyinstead of passive-aggressive side eyes at dinner.
  • Confidence to know EXACTLY how to reconstruct your subconscious framework about money with love, compassion, patience and enough freedom to make decisions that reflect your most important values.
  • An invitation to take this work deeper inside a longer coaching program, where we’ll work on YOUR unique situation and you’ll be able to apply this work to the most important and intimate parts of your life. So that you’re not only expanding yoru capacity for money that feels so good a younger version of yourself can barely believe it, but bringing change that lasts into other areas of relationships you have: with yourself, with your money or career, and with your family.

FAQs

Good question! While money mindset work does address our subconscious connection to money, this process goes deeper and addressed underlying, primal patterns that influence our connection with money. Mindset is only one part of the equation.

Money represents our most primal survival needs and therefore becomes inherently activating to the nervous system. Mindset work only scratches the surface of what must change within inorder to see change without.

When we address your relationship to your money through a reconfiguration of your nervous system, attachment style and most subconscious beliefs we shave years off of the time needed to see change externally, and allow you to find sustainable, easeful change.

Resistance is normal and expected. It doesn’t necessarily mean you’re on the wrong path. Sometimes, we look to other people to help us make decisions, especially regarding money, and while this is helpful over a short period of time, it is not long-lasting. Essentially, because it is external validation, it doesn’t help us feel more confident and self-trusting because we don’t come to the conclusion ourselves. If this is you, know that it is normal. Know that it is my intention that by engaging in my work you slowly learn to find the self-trust to masterfully move past resistance and trust your decisions in all areas of life.

I’m so proud of you for reading all the way down here. Seriously. You’re already doing so much to improve your life and your community and I see it. I see you. Now, if you’re feeling a little intimidated or have a sense of resistance to this practice at this time… Ding Ding Ding. We have struck gold. This is a classic example of resistance coming up to keep you at the basepoint the body/mind has decided is safe.

Repeat after me

This investment is safe. I trust that when I say yes my desires, growth and sovereignty I am taken care of. I am deserving of these tools. I trust myself.
